Real events. Real photos.
Couples, party hosts and event teams have run their booth with us — here's what a few of them told us afterward.
"Set it up in ten minutes on the venue's iPad. Guests didn't stop. We had 400+ photos by the end of the night."
"The guest QR was the whole thing. Grandma took her own selfies with the grandkids on her own phone. That never happens."
"We ran it at a product launch instead of a $2k booth rental. Same branded strips, half the setup, none of the truck."
"Being able to test the actual booth for free before the wedding was the reason I bought. No other booth even lets you try the real product."
One package. $59 flat.
One Day Party: 24 hours, unlimited sessions, guest QR so every guest snaps on their own phone, private online gallery, and a custom template designed by our staff — after you sign up, your event settings include a link to our template catalog; pick one and we upload it to your event settings and email you to confirm it's ready. No watermarks, ever. Try the booth free right in your browser — no signup, no card — or sign up free and run the full booth (watermarked) as many times as you want before you pay.
Virtual photo booth, explained.
What is a virtual photo booth?
A virtual photo booth is an online photo booth that runs in any web browser — guests open a link on a laptop, tablet, or phone, snap photos, and walk away with branded prints or digital strips. No rental equipment, no attendant, no setup truck.
How much does a virtual photo booth rental cost?
One flat rate: $59 for the One Day Party package — 24 hours of unlimited sessions, a guest QR so every guest snaps on their own phone, a private online gallery, and a custom template designed by our staff. No watermarks. You can also try the booth free in your browser — no signup, no card — or create a free account and run the full booth (watermarked) as many times as you want before you pay.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes — two ways. Anyone can snap a demo strip in the browser with no signup at /booth/demo. Once you create a free account, you can run the full booth as many times as you like — photos are watermarked until you book the $59 One Day Party package, at which point watermarks are removed and every guest photo saves to your gallery.
Can I use this for a wedding photo booth?
Yes. Couples love it for weddings, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. Upload your monogram, pick a template (2x6 strip, 4x6 postcard, or square), and share the booth link with guests on the day.
Can guests use the booth on their own phones?
Yes. The One Day Party package includes a guest QR code (with a printable PDF and instructions) that guests scan to open the booth on their own phone. They land straight in a locked-down capture view — no login, no settings, no admin controls. Every photo guests take on their own device is automatically added to your event gallery, so you can download all of them together after the event.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The Virtual Photo Booth runs entirely in the browser on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and ChromeOS. Guests just open a link or scan the guest QR code.
Can I download all the photos after my event?
Yes. Every photo is saved to your account during the event and you can download the whole gallery as a ZIP afterward.
Can guests email themselves their photos instantly?
Yes. After snapping a strip or single photo, guests can enter their email address and send the image to themselves right away.
What happens if the venue wifi drops out?
You need wifi or cell service to open the booth URL in the first place. Once the booth is loaded on your device, you can keep taking photos even if the connection drops — capture, countdown, template composition, and preview all run in the browser. A live connection is needed for the full experience, though: uploading photos to your gallery, emailing guests their copy, and the guest QR flow all require internet. Anything captured offline queues locally and syncs once you're back online. We strongly recommend testing on the venue's wifi during setup — you can do that free with a watermarked test account before booking.
Do I need any equipment besides a phone or tablet?
Nothing required, but for best results we recommend a phone stand or small tripod so guests can place their phone into it and step back — facing a blank wall works best for clean, consistent photos. Any inexpensive extendable phone tripod works.
