What devices does the photo booth run on?

Any modern browser: iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac, Windows laptops, and ChromeOS. No app install needed.

Do I have to design my own template?

No. Pick any template from our library of hundreds and our staff customizes it for you and uploads it to your event. If you want a logo or existing graphic included, email it to us (a transparent PNG works best) and we'll drop it in. When it's ready, we email you the finished PNG so you can preview and download it.

Can guests use it on their own phones?

Yes. The One Day Party package includes a guest QR code you can print or display at the venue: guests scan it, open the booth on their own phone, and start snapping without seeing any settings. Every photo taken on a guest phone is saved to your event gallery, so you can download all of them together after the event.

How does the guest QR code work?

Pro events include a downloadable QR code PDF with step-by-step instructions for guests. Post it at your venue, guests scan with their phone camera, and they're taken straight into a locked-down booth view — no login, no admin controls, just capture and email. Every photo guests capture flows into the same event gallery as the host device, so you get one combined download at the end. The QR stays active through your entire event window, including the 30-minute grace period.
